- Frozen Banana (sliced) – 2 medium
- White Rum – 4 ounces
- Lime Juice (freshly squeezed) – 2 ounces
- Simple Syrup – 1 ounce
- Ice Cubes – 1 cup
- Orange Liqueur (like Cointreau or Triple Sec) – 1 ounce
- Lime wedge – for garnish
- Maraschino cherry – for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: Combine the frozen banana slices, white rum, lime juice, simple syrup, orange liqueur, and ice cubes in a blender.
- Step 2: Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth. Add a little more simple syrup if needed to adjust the sweetness.
- Step 3: If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon or two of water or lime juice and blend again.
- Step 4: Pour the frozen daquiri into chilled cocktail glasses.
- Step 5: Garnish each glass with a lime wedge and a maraschino cherry (if desired).
- Step 6: Serve immediately and enjoy!

- For a thicker daquiri, freeze your cocktail glasses ahead of time – it really makes a difference!
