Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour: 2 1/2 cups

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch deep-dish pie pan with olive oil.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, mix flour with 1 teaspoon salt. Add 1/2 cup cold butter, cut into small pieces, and use a pastry blender to cut the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually add 1/2 cup ice water, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Step 3: Press the dough evenly into the prepared pie pan, forming a crust up the sides. Blind bake the crust for 15 minutes to prevent a soggy bottom.
  4. Step 4: In a skillet, cook the ground chicken until browned. Drain any excess grease. Spread a layer of pizza sauce over the pre-baked crust. Layer with half of the mozzarella cheese, crumbled chicken hamburger patties, sliced chicken sausage, chicken pepperoni, browned ground chicken and remaining mozzarella cheese.
