Delicious twix cheesecake recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Oreo cookies with filling, 1 1/2 cups crushed
  • Unsalted butter, melted, 6 tablespoons
  • Cream cheese, softened, 32 ounces
  • Granulated sugar, 1 cup
  • Eggs, large, 3
  • Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
  • Heavy cream, 1/2 cup
  • Twix candy bars, chopped, 6 fun-size bars

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). In a medium bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create the crust.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and heavy cream.
  3. Step 3: Gently fold in half of the chopped Twix candy bars into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Step 4: Pour the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust in the springform pan.
  5. Step 5: Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until the center is just slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour with the door slightly ajar.
  6. Step 6: Remove from oven and let cool completely at room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight. Before serving, top with remaining chopped Twix candy bars.

Notes

  • Store leftover Twix cheesecake tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • There is no reheating necessary, serve straight from the fridge.
  • Garnish each slice with a drizzle of caramel sauce for an extra touch of sweetness.
  • For a smoother cheesecake, ensure your cream cheese is fully softened and beat the mixture until completely lump-free before adding eggs.
