Ingredients

  • Frozen Tater Tots: 32 ounces
  • Turkey Bacon: 12 ounces, cooked and crumbled
  • Ranch Dressing: 1 cup
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese: 2 cups
  • Cream of Mushroom Soup: 1 can (10.75 ounces)
  • Milk: 1/2 cup
  • Dried Chives: 1 tablespoon
  • Black Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the cooked and crumbled turkey bacon, ranch dressing, cream of mushroom soup, milk, dried chives, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Step 3: Add the frozen tater tots and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl. Stir until the tater tots are evenly coated with the mixture.
  4. Step 4: Pour the tater tot mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Step 5: Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.
  6. Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the tater tots are heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat individual portions in the microwave or bake in the oven until warmed through and cheese is melted again.
  • Serve with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of fresh parsley for added flavor and presentation.
  • For extra crispy tater tots, consider broiling the casserole for the last few minutes of baking, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
