Ingredients
Scale
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets, skin on or off
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Texas Roadhouse seasoned salt (or substitute with a blend of salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper)
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- Step 2: Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, Texas Roadhouse seasoned salt, dill, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Step 3: Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.
- Step 4: Place the seasoned salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
- Step 5: While the salmon is baking, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in lemon juice.
- Step 6: Once the salmon is cooked, drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the fillets. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Store leftover salmon in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For reheating, gently warm the salmon in a microwave or oven, avoiding overcooking to maintain its moist texture.
- Serve this Texas Roadhouse-inspired salmon with a side of roasted asparagus or creamy mashed potatoes for a complete and satisfying meal.
- To enhance the flavor, consider adding a squeeze of fresh lemon juice right before serving for an extra burst of citrusy zing.
