Ingredients

  • Ramen noodles (dried): 2 packages
  • Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
  • Honey: 2 tablespoons
  • Sriracha sauce: 1-2 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger: 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions: 2, chopped

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Cook the ramen noodles according to package directions, but slightly undercook them as they will continue to cook in the sauce. Drain well and set aside.
  2. Step 2: While the noodles are cooking, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  3. Step 3: Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  4. Step 4: Add the cooked and drained ramen noodles to the skillet and pour the sauce over them. Toss to coat the noodles evenly.
  5. Step 5: Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the noodles are heated through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
  6. Step 6: Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For best flavor, store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
  • When reheating, add a splash of water or broth to the noodles to prevent them from drying out and sticking together.
