- 10 ounces mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
- Step 2: Stir in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries, salt, and vanilla extract into the melted marshmallow mixture until well combined.
- Step 3: Add the Rice Krispies cereal to the marshmallow mixture and gently fold until evenly coated.
- Step 4: Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Step 5: In a microwave safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the Rice Krispie treats.
- Step 6: Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
