- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups chopped carrots

Instructions
- Step 1: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the beef stew meat on all sides for about 5-7 minutes, then transfer it to the slow cooker.
- Step 2: Add the chopped carrots, diced potatoes, chopped onion, and minced garlic to the slow cooker on top of the browned meat.
- Step 3: Pour in the beef broth and add the Worcestershire sauce and dried thyme. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
- Step 4: Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours until the beef is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.
