- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) and sauté for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
- Step 2: Add the baby spinach to the skillet. Stir to coat the spinach with the garlic oil.
- Step 3: Cook the spinach for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it wilts and is tender.
- Step 4: Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Step 5: Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice (if using) and Parmesan cheese (if using).
- Step 6: Serve immediately as a side dish or add to other dishes.

- Store leftover spinach in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
