Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
Instructions
- Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Add shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
- Step 2: Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
- Step 3: To the same skillet, add white wine and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the liquid to reduce slightly and create a light sauce.
- Step 4: Stir in chopped parsley and chives.
- Step 5: Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Step 6: Serve immediately over rice, pasta, or with crusty bread for dipping.
