  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Black decorating gel

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
  2. Step 2: In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a rolling boil.
  3. Step 3: Continue boiling for 5 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat.
  4. Step 4: Stir in white chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, vanilla extract, and salt until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  5. Step 5: Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Let cool completely.
  6. Step 6: Once cooled, use the black decorating gel to draw Sally Skellington-inspired patchwork patterns on the surface of the fudge. Cut into squares and serve.
