- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips
- 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Black decorating gel
Instructions
- Step 1: Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
- Step 2: In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a rolling boil.
- Step 3: Continue boiling for 5 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat.
- Step 4: Stir in white chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, vanilla extract, and salt until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Step 5: Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Let cool completely.
- Step 6: Once cooled, use the black decorating gel to draw Sally Skellington-inspired patchwork patterns on the surface of the fudge. Cut into squares and serve.
