Delicious ramen pizza recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (3 ounces) ramen noodles, seasoning packet reserved
  • 1/2 cup cooked ramen chicken or pork (optional)
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup cooked shiitake mushrooms (optional)

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Crush ramen noodles into a bowl, discarding the flavor packet for now.
  2. Step 2: In a small bowl, combine the reserved seasoning packet, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Step 3: Spread pizza sauce thinly over a small pizza pan or baking sheet. Sprinkle half of the crushed ramen noodles over the sauce to create a crust.
  4. Step 4: Top the ramen crust with cooked chicken or pork (if using), shiitake mushrooms (if using), and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle the remaining crushed ramen noodles over the cheese.
  5. Step 5: Drizzle the seasoning mixture evenly over the pizza.
  6. Step 6: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the ramen is slightly crispy. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftover Ramen Pizza in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • For reheating, microwave for 30-60 seconds, or until heated through, adding a few drops of water to prevent dryness.
  • Serve this unique pizza alongside a side of edamame or a light Asian slaw for a complete meal.
  • To enhance the crispy crust, lightly brush the bottom of the ramen crust with a little cooking oil before adding the pizza sauce.
