I ordered 2. The plants look just as they do in the picture apart from 1 pot came broken (doesnt affect use as it was the back and cant be seen) and both plants smell like mould. I cut off the ropes as I think this is where the smell came from (intended to cut them off anyway). I sprayed both plants with astonish mould and mildew remover and this seems to have eradicated the smell.
