Ordered online. Base came wrapped in polystyrene which is great but, they’d managed to fold the ‘faux’ pampas underneath itself meaning some bits had drooped, others had come away completely!
Having had faux and real pampas grass many times, this is not faux, and therefore drops bits constantly!
