Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter, butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Step 3: Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Step 4: In a separate bowl, combine the rolled oats and baking soda. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Step 5: Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Step 6: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
