- Heavy Cream: 1/2 cup
- Butter: 2 tablespoons
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Onion: 1/4 cup, chopped

Instructions
- Step 1: Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and sauté until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Step 2: Add the fresh spinach to the skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, until the spinach has wilted down considerably, about 3-5 minutes.
- Step 3: Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine with the spinach.
- Step 4: Crumble the Boursin cheese into the skillet and stir until melted and evenly distributed throughout the spinach mixture.
- Step 5: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the creamed spinach has thickened slightly.
Notes
- Store leftover creamed spinach in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Gently reheat in a skillet over low heat, stirring frequently, or microwave in 30-second intervals until warmed through.
- Serve this decadent creamed spinach as a luxurious side dish with grilled steak or roasted chicken.
- Don't overcrowd the pan with spinach; wilt it in batches if necessary to ensure even cooking and prevent a watery final product.
