Delicious irresistible garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 (16.3 oz) can refrigerated large biscuit dough (8 count)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, draining off any excess grease. Season the cooked meat with salt and pepper, then set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Step 2: Prepare the garlic parmesan topping by melting the butter in a small bowl. Stir in the minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
  3. Step 3: Flatten each biscuit dough piece on a lightly floured surface into a 4-inch circle. Place about 2 tablespoons of the seasoned ground beef mixture and a small pinch of the cheese blend in the center of the dough.
  4. Step 4: Carefully pull the edges of the biscuit dough up and over the filling, pinching the seams tightly together to seal the ingredients inside, forming a ball or "bomb." Place the sealed bombs seam-down onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Step 5: Brush or lightly dip the tops of each sealed cheeseburger bomb with the prepared garlic parmesan butter mixture. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

  • Keep leftovers fresh by storing them airtight in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; they are best consumed quickly.
  • For best texture, reheat leftover bombs in a toaster oven or air fryer at 300°F (150°C) for 5-7 minutes until the biscuit dough crisps up again.
  • Serve these savory bombs hot alongside a bowl of marinara sauce for dipping, or elevate the burger experience with a side of dill pickles and smoky barbecue sauce.
  • To ensure no cheesy beef leaks out during baking, make sure your biscuit seams are pinched very tightly, then flash-freeze the sealed bombs for 10 minutes before applying the butter topping.
