- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup, optional)

Instructions
- Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha powder and hot water until completely smooth and lump-free. Ensure no clumps remain.
- Step 2: In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and stir until it dissolves completely. Do not boil the milk.
- Step 3: Remove the milk from the heat and let it cool slightly. Pour the cooled milk into a glass filled with ice cubes.
- Step 4: Add the prepared matcha mixture to the glass with the milk and ice. Stir gently to combine.
- Step 5: Add honey or maple syrup to taste, if desired. Stir to incorporate.
- Step 6: Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of extra matcha powder for garnish, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
