- 2 tablespoons Honey

- 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Step 2: In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Step 3: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Step 4: Pour the honey garlic sauce over the cooked chicken.
- Step 5: Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce has thickened and evenly coats the chicken, about 2-3 minutes.
