- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) package Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 cup French Fried Onions
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat; drain off any excess grease.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until well combined.
- Step 3: Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Step 4: Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Step 5: Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese and French fried onions.
- Step 6: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For reheating, microwave individual portions until heated through, or bake in a covered dish at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
