- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Burger buns
- Your favorite burger toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.)
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Gently mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Step 2: Form the meat mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Step 3: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 4: Place meatballs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through. Internal temperature should reach 160°F (71°C).
- Step 5: While the meatballs are baking, lightly toast your burger buns.
- Step 6: Once the meatballs are cooked, place them on the bottom halves of the toasted buns. Add your favorite burger toppings and top with the other bun halves. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Store leftover Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For perfectly reheated bombs, pop them in a preheated oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes, or until heated through.
