Delicious garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Ground beef: 1 pound
  • Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese (grated): 1/2 cup
  • Garlic cloves (minced): 2
  • Cream cheese (softened): 4 ounces
  • Cheddar cheese (shredded): 1 cup
  • Refrigerated biscuit dough: 1 can (8 biscuits)
  • Butter (melted): 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease. Stir in garlic powder and minced garlic. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  2. Step 2: In a bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, grated Parmesan cheese, softened cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Step 3: Separate the biscuit dough. Flatten each biscuit into a thin circle.
  4. Step 4: Place a generous spoonful of the ground beef mixture in the center of each biscuit. Bring the edges of the biscuit dough up and over the filling, pinching to seal completely.
  5. Step 5: Place the cheeseburger bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  6. Step 6: Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and the filling is heated through. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftover cheeseburger bombs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • For best results, reheat in an oven or air fryer to crisp up the biscuit again.
  • Serve these cheesy bombs with a side of marinara sauce for dipping!
  • Don't overfill the biscuits to prevent them from bursting during baking; a slightly smaller amount of filling will help them seal properly.
