Delicious garlic overload burgers recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Ground Beef: 1.5 pounds
  • Garlic: 10 cloves, minced
  • Garlic Powder: 2 tablespoons
  • Worcestershire Sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Breadcrumbs: 1/4 cup
  • Egg: 1 large
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed, but avoid overmixing.
  2. Step 2: Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties, about 3/4 inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from bulging while cooking.
  3. Step 3: Preheat your grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat. If using a skillet, add a tablespoon of olive oil or your preferred cooking oil.
  4. Step 4: Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness, or longer if you prefer them well-done.
  5. Step 5: Serve the Garlic Overload Burgers on your favorite buns with your choice of toppings.

Notes

  • For best flavor, store leftover cooked patties in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat cooked patties gently in a skillet with a little butter or oil to keep them moist and delicious.
  • These burgers are fantastic with caramelized onions and a creamy garlic aioli to really amp up the garlic flavor!
  • Don't overmix the beef mixture, as this can make the burgers tough; gently combine the ingredients just until they're evenly distributed.
