Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly with cooking spray.
- Step 2: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly in your hand.
- Step 3: Place about a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit, then fold the edges over to enclose the cheese completely, pinching to seal.
- Step 4: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix well to create a garlic butter mixture.
- Step 5: Dip each cheese-filled biscuit into the garlic butter mixture, making sure to coat it well. Place the coated biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Step 6: Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter before serving warm. Enjoy!
Notes
- For optimal freshness, store any leftover Garlic Cheese Bombs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- To reheat, simply pop them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-10 minutes until warmed through, or microwave for a quick option, but be mindful that they may lose some crispness.
- Serve these delightful bites with a side of marinara sauce for dipping or alongside a fresh salad to balance the rich flavors.
- For an extra flavor boost, feel free to add some crushed red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture for a spicy kick that complements the cheese beautifully!
