Ingredients
Scale
- 2 liters Lemon-Lime Soda
- 1 (46 ounce) can Pineapple Juice
- 1 (12 ounce) can Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate, thawed
- 1 cup Cranberry Juice
- 1/2 cup Orange Liqueur (optional)
- 1/4 cup Grenadine
- 1/2 cup Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large punch bowl, combine the lemon-lime soda, pineapple juice, thawed orange juice concentrate, cranberry juice, and orange liqueur (if using). Stir gently to combine.
- Step 2: Add the grenadine and lime juice. Stir gently again to incorporate, but avoid over-mixing to prevent the grenadine from dispersing too much.
- Step 3: Gently fold in the frozen strawberries. Leave some whole for visual appeal.
- Step 4: Refrigerate the punch for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the punch to chill thoroughly.
- Step 5: Before serving, give the punch a gentle stir. Add ice to the punch bowl just before serving to prevent it from becoming diluted too quickly.
- Step 6: Garnish the punch bowl with extra strawberries and lime wedges if desired.
Notes
- For best flavor, make this punch ahead and let it chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or even overnight.
- To avoid diluting the punch, add ice only immediately before serving and stir gently.
- Serve this vibrant punch in a large glass punch bowl with a ladle for easy serving and elegant presentation.
- For a fun twist, layer the grenadine at the bottom of the punch bowl before adding other ingredients for a visually stunning gradient effect.
