  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup Marshmallow Creme
  • 1/4 cup Sprinkles, pastel-colored
  • 1 box Graham Crackers, for dipping
  • 1 package Easter Oreos, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Step 2: Gradually add the powdered sugar to the cream cheese, mixing on low speed until fully incorporated and no lumps remain.
  3. Step 3: Stir in the vanilla extract and marshmallow creme until evenly distributed throughout the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Step 4: Gradually add the heavy cream, mixing on low speed until the dip reaches your desired consistency. Add more cream if needed.
  5. Step 5: Gently fold in the pastel sprinkles.
  6. Step 6: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled with graham crackers and Easter Oreos for dipping.

Notes

  • Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Since this dip is best served cold, there's no need for reheating!
  • For a festive touch, create a beautiful platter with the dip in the center, surrounded by your favorite fruits and cookies.
  • To prevent a grainy texture, ensure your cream cheese is fully softened before mixing.
