- 1.5 lbs Ground Chicken
- 1 packet Hamburger Seasoning
- 1 (10.75 oz) can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 (10.75 oz) can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 (16 oz) container Sour Cream
- 3 cups Frozen Diced Potatoes
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Milk
Instructions
- Step 1: Brown the ground chicken in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease. Stir in the hamburger seasoning.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk. Mix well.
- Step 3: Add the browned ground chicken and frozen diced potatoes to the soup mixture. Stir to combine.
- Step 4: Pour the mixture into a greased crockpot.
- Step 5: Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Step 6: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top during the last 30 minutes of cooking, or until melted.
Notes
- For easy meal prep, brown the ground chicken and mix the ingredients the night before and refrigerate, then just dump it into the crockpot in the morning!
- Reheat leftovers in the microwave or oven until warmed through, adding a splash of milk if it seems too thick.
- Serve with a side of steamed green beans or a crisp side salad for a complete and balanced meal.
- To prevent sticking, consider using a crockpot liner for effortless cleanup, especially if your crockpot tends to run hot.
