  • 1 packet Hamburger Seasoning
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 (16 oz) container Sour Cream
  • 3 cups Frozen Diced Potatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Milk

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Brown the ground chicken in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease. Stir in the hamburger seasoning.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk. Mix well.
  3. Step 3: Add the browned ground chicken and frozen diced potatoes to the soup mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Step 4: Pour the mixture into a greased crockpot.
  5. Step 5: Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the potatoes are tender.
  6. Step 6: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top during the last 30 minutes of cooking, or until melted.
