Ingredients
Scale
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Step 1: Place the softened cream cheese in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Step 2: Add the shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, blue cheese crumbles, and garlic powder to the crockpot.
- Step 3: Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
- Step 4: Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until heated through and bubbly, stirring occasionally.
- Step 5: Stir in the chopped green onions just before serving. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.
Notes
- For a smoother dip, microwave the cream cheese for 30 seconds before adding it to the crockpot.
- Reheat leftovers gently in the microwave, stirring frequently, or in a small saucepan over low heat to prevent burning.
- Serve this crowd-pleaser with celery sticks and carrot sticks alongside the traditional tortilla chips for a lighter option.
- Store leftover Buffalo Chicken Dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, but it's best enjoyed fresh!
