- 1 package (13.8 oz) refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
- 1/4 cup blue frosting
- 1/4 cup large chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon blue food coloring
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Step 2: Separate the cinnamon rolls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Step 3: While the rolls are baking, mix the blue frosting with the blue food coloring until desired shade is achieved.
- Step 4: Once the rolls are out of the oven and cooled slightly, frost each roll with the blue frosting.
- Step 5: Immediately press two large chocolate chips into each roll to resemble Cookie Monster's eyes. Dust lightly with powdered sugar.
