Ingredients

  • Cooked chicken breast, 1 cup, diced
  • Ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet), 1 package (3 oz)
  • Broccoli florets, 1 cup
  • Carrots, 1/2 cup, sliced
  • Soy sauce, 1/4 cup
  • Sesame oil, 1 tablespoon
  • Honey or brown sugar, 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic, 2 cloves, minced
  • Green onions, 2 stalks, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Heat sesame oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Step 2: Add diced chicken and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  3. Step 3: Add broccoli and carrots to the wok. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Step 4: Add cooked ramen noodles to the wok. Pour soy sauce and honey/brown sugar over the noodles and chicken/vegetable mixture. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until the noodles are heated through and coated in the sauce.
