  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Step 2: Place the thawed broccoli florets in the prepared baking dish, spreading them evenly.
  3. Step 3: Arrange the chicken breasts over the broccoli.
  4. Step 4: In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, and curry powder until smooth. Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  5. Step 5: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
