- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Step 2: Place the thawed broccoli florets in the prepared baking dish, spreading them evenly.
- Step 3: Arrange the chicken breasts over the broccoli.
- Step 4: In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, and curry powder until smooth. Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Step 5: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat individual portions in the microwave, covered, in 1-minute intervals until heated through, or bake covered in a low oven to prevent drying out.
- Serve Chicken Divan over rice or noodles for a complete and satisfying meal.
- For a richer flavor, try using a mix of cheddar and Gruyere cheese on top!
