Delicious cheeseburger bombs recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 package (10 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Step 2: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion and cook until beef is browned and onion is softened. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Step 3: Stir in ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Step 4: Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 8 equal squares.
  5. Step 5: Spoon a portion of the beef mixture onto the center of each square. Top with cheddar cheese.
  6. Step 6: Bring the corners of each square up and pinch together to seal, forming a "bomb." Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

  • Store cooled cheeseburger bombs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • For best results, reheat cheeseburger bombs in an oven or air fryer to maintain their crispy exterior.
  • Serve these warm with your favorite burger toppings, like pickles, lettuce, and tomato, for a complete cheeseburger experience.
  • Don't overfill the dough squares; a little beef mixture goes a long way in preventing them from bursting during baking.
