Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 package (10 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Chopped onion
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Step 2: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion and cook until beef is browned and onion is softened. Drain off any excess grease.
- Step 3: Stir in ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Step 4: Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 8 equal squares.
- Step 5: Spoon a portion of the beef mixture onto the center of each square. Top with cheddar cheese.
- Step 6: Bring the corners of each square up and pinch together to seal, forming a "bomb." Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
- Store cooled cheeseburger bombs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For best results, reheat cheeseburger bombs in an oven or air fryer to maintain their crispy exterior.
- Serve these warm with your favorite burger toppings, like pickles, lettuce, and tomato, for a complete cheeseburger experience.
- Don't overfill the dough squares; a little beef mixture goes a long way in preventing them from bursting during baking.
