- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese: 2 cups
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup
- Eggs: 6 large
- Milk: 1/4 cup
- Cooked Breakfast Sausage: 1/2 cup, crumbled
- Diced Red Bell Pepper: 1/2 cup
- Chopped Green Onions: 1/4 cup
- Salt and Pepper: to taste
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, mix together the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Press the cheese mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pizza pan to form a crust.
- Step 3: Bake the cheese crust for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and melted.
- Step 4: While the crust is baking, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Step 5: Remove the cheese crust from the oven and pour the egg mixture into the crust. Sprinkle with cooked sausage, red bell pepper, and green onions.
- Step 6: Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the topping is lightly browned. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
