Ingredients

  • Ground beef: 1 pound
  • Tortillas: 6 large
  • Cheddar cheese slices: 6 slices

  • Yellow mustard: 2 tablespoons
  • White onion: 1/4 cup, finely diced

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces. Drain off any excess grease.
