Ingredients
- Ground beef: 1 pound
- Tortillas: 6 large
- Cheddar cheese slices: 6 slices
- Shredded lettuce: 1 cup
- Dill pickle relish: 1/4 cup
- Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup
- Yellow mustard: 2 tablespoons
- White onion: 1/4 cup, finely diced
Instructions
- Step 1: Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces. Drain off any excess grease.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, and dill pickle relish to create the Big Mac sauce.
- Step 3: Lay out each tortilla and spread a thin layer of the Big Mac sauce over the surface.
- Step 4: Sprinkle some of the cooked ground beef and diced onions over the sauce. Top with shredded lettuce and a slice of cheddar cheese.
- Step 5: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly.
- Step 6: Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later. Optionally, lightly toast the wraps in a skillet or panini press for a warm and crispy texture.
Notes
- Store leftover wraps in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, wrapped tightly to prevent them from drying out.
- For a quick reheat, microwave the wrapped Big Macs for 30-60 seconds or until warmed through.
- Serve these wraps with a side of crispy fries and extra Big Mac sauce for dipping for the full experience.
- Don't overcrowd the pan when browning the beef; cook in batches for the best color and texture.
