- 10 ounces mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup banana pudding mix (instant)
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/2 teaspoon banana extract
- 1/4 cup crushed vanilla wafers
- 1/4 cup freeze-dried banana slices, crushed
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add marshmallows and stir constantly until completely melted. Remove from heat.
- Step 2: Stir in the banana pudding mix and banana extract until well combined. Add the pinch of salt.
- Step 3: Gently fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
- Step 4: Stir in the crushed vanilla wafers and crushed freeze-dried banana slices.
- Step 5: Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch pan. Press evenly and firmly.
- Step 6: Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
