- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Step 2: In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, red pepper flakes (if using), parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Step 3: Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the garlic Parmesan mixture.
- Step 4: Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
- Step 5: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Step 6: Garnish with extra parsley and serve immediately over rice, pasta, or with crusty bread.
Notes
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days; gently reheat in a skillet over medium-low heat to keep the shrimp tender.
- For a complete meal, serve this flavorful shrimp with a side of roasted asparagus or a simple green salad.
- Don't overcrowd the baking dish; bake in batches if needed to ensure even cooking and beautiful browning.
- A squeeze of fresh lemon juice right before serving brightens the dish and adds a zesty finish you'll adore.
