- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet (1 ounce) dry ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked crumbled bacon
- 2 tablespoons milk or chicken broth
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, milk/chicken broth, cheddar cheese, and bacon. Mix well until fully combined.
- Step 3: Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
- Step 4: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Step 5: If desired, sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days for best flavor.
- For perfectly melty cheese and moist chicken upon reheating, cover with foil and warm in a 350°F oven until heated through.
