Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: Wash the cauliflower and remove the outer leaves. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
- Step 3: In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Step 4: Spread the cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Step 5: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and lightly browned, flipping halfway through.
- Step 6: If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
