- 1/2 cup blue food coloring

Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the whipped cream by beating heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until stiff peaks form. Divide the whipped cream in half.
- Step 2: Add red food coloring to one half of the whipped cream and beat until evenly incorporated. Add blue food coloring to the other half and beat until evenly incorporated.
- Step 3: Carefully fill each waffle cone about halfway with the red whipped cream.
- Step 4: Top the red whipped cream with a layer of blueberries.
- Step 5: Fill the remaining space in the waffle cones with the blue whipped cream.
- Step 6: Garnish each cone with a few fresh strawberries. Serve immediately.
