Delicious 2-ingredient pizza chips recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Tortilla wraps (large): 2
  • Pizza sauce: 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Italian seasoning: 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Onion powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese: 1/2 cup
  • Parmesan cheese (grated): 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2: Lay the tortilla wraps flat on a cutting board. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the surface of each tortilla, leaving a small border.
  3. Step 3: Sprinkle the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder evenly over the sauce-covered tortillas.
  4. Step 4: Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the tortillas.
  5. Step 5: Stack the two tortillas on top of each other, cheese side up. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut the stacked tortillas into small, triangle-shaped chips.
  6. Step 6: Spread the pizza chips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the chips. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Store completely cooled pizza chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days to maintain crispness.
  • For a quick reheat, pop the chips in a toaster oven or air fryer for a minute or two until warmed through and crispy again.
  • Serve these pizza chips with a side of marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping and added flavor.
  • Don't overload the tortillas with sauce and cheese; a thin, even layer ensures crispy chips instead of soggy ones.
