Delicious 10 minute tiramisu balls: quick and delicious treats recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup Ladyfingers, crushed
  • 1/4 cup Strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons Coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlua)
  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Semisweet chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, crushed ladyfingers, cooled coffee, and coffee liqueur. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
  2. Step 2: Roll the mixture into approximately 1-inch balls. You can refrigerate the mixture for 15 minutes for easier handling if it's too soft.
  3. Step 3: Place the cocoa powder and powdered sugar in separate shallow bowls.
  4. Step 4: Roll each ball in the melted chocolate, then immediately roll in either the cocoa powder or powdered sugar, coating evenly.
  5. Step 5: Refrigerate the tiramisu balls for at least 15 minutes to allow them to firm up before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftover tiramisu balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • These are best served chilled, so no reheating is needed!
  • A dusting of extra cocoa powder right before serving adds a touch of elegance.
  • For a deeper coffee flavor, soak the crushed ladyfingers in the coffee liqueur and cooled coffee mixture for a few minutes before adding the mascarpone.
